Hong received his MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Edinburgh, following his BEng in Computer Science from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, jointly supervised by Prof. Zoubin Ghahramani and Dr. Eleftheria Zeggini.

Yarin Gal

Yarin received an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Oxford, supervised by Dr. Phil Blunsom. Prior to his MSc, he worked as a software engineer for three years at IDesia Biometrics and he did his undergraduate in Mathematics and Computer Science at the Open University in Israel. He is funded by the Europe Google Doctoral Fellowship.

Alexander G. de G. Matthews

Alex is a PhD student in the Machine Learning Group supervised by Zoubin Ghahramani. He is interested in Bayesian nonparametric machine learning, particularly Gaussian processes and spatial point processes. He is also interested in approximate Bayesian inference, particularly variational methods, Markov chain Monte Carlo methods and belief propagation.
